后置式電主軸

XT40-2-BT40-DC/XT50-2-BT50-DC 后置式電主軸傳動(dòng)形式為后置式電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)，配有水冷卻系統(tǒng)。由于電機(jī)的散熱條件比較好，軸承溫升低，主軸的熱變形小，能夠傳遞很高的轉(zhuǎn)速和扭矩，而且剛性好，機(jī)構(gòu)緊湊，可大大提高機(jī)床的生產(chǎn)效率和工件的加工質(zhì)量。主軸具有自動(dòng)松拉刀、精確控制轉(zhuǎn)速和實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)停、中心內(nèi)冷等功能。
